The Fibenet technical support team is available by phone or by email to support all of our professional services and/or products supplied. Our goal is to help you resolve any technical issue you experience within a timely manner. Register now for your Client ID number.

Technical Support


Our Technical Assistance Group (TAG) is available to all registered customers and is provided during regular business hours. We also have an emergency call out service that is available 24 hours a day to assist you with recent equipment installations or for service affecting issues. To take advantage of our technical support services you must have a registered Client ID.

 

Onsite Support

Fibenet Technologies also offers onsite technical support and an after hour emergency call-out service. Our field service engineers are ready to assist you onsite with any of your network failures and/or emergency equipment replacements.
