Test & Commissioning

As part of our commitment to providing multi-vendor installation and testing, our field service engineers are continuously being educated on newest technologies, obtaining vendor training and certifications in order to stay current and on the cutting edge.

Technical Assistance Group (TAG)

Our Technical Assistance Group (TAG) is available to all registered customers and is provided during regular business hours. Certified technical professionals are available to assist with issues that may arise during network integrations. Each individually is trained to support specific technologies, to ensure multi-vendor support. We also have an emergency call out service that is available 24 hours a day to assist with recent equipment installations and/or service affecting issues. To take advantage of our technical support services you must have a registered Client ID.

 

Network Relocation & Re-initialization

Maximize networks efficiency by re-locating existing equipment is sometimes a cost effective method. Re-initialization of existing equipment to other locations to optimize usage is becoming more and more prevalent within industry. When re-organizing old network equipment it is sometimes difficult to retain the necessary skill sets required to perform this task. Fibenet Technologies has the knowledge required to de-commission relocate and re-initialize the existing equipment within your network.
