That is why all of our field service engineers go through an initial training, to learn specific installation fundamentals and company quality assurance procedures. Our installation team is continuously being educated on the latest industry standards along with specific customer and OEM installation practices.
Quality assurance is maintained by thorough site inspections which are conducted by our project managers during the course of an installation and once again upon project completion. Audits are performed to inspect all aspects of the installation process regarding inventory control, equipment installation, cable termination, designations, cleanliness and overall site readiness. Following each installation audit, a site specific package is created and handed over to the customer for site acceptance. Our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality assurance, has helped us to diversify and refine all of the services we offer.
