Network design is often not given sufficient attention which can result in costly capital expenditures or the need to make constant network modification during the course of its lifecycle. Infrastructure design is a key consideration when trying to maximize network efficiency, in order to provide a secure foundation for future expansions and growth. Fibenet Technologies works closely with our customers to plan, design and implement switch room floor layouts and equipment placement. All site considerations are examined for efficiency regarding power, airflow, overhead and/or raised floor auxiliary framework and fiber management systems.

With the assistance of CAD and other computer aided simulation programs, our design team has the ability to design and create complete switch room layouts that will optimize network efficiency integrating both mechanical and electrical elements of the building in order to optimize cooling, power requirements and fire suppression systems.
